Corfu Town

This is a walking tour in the centre of Corfu Town. Together with your licensed tourist guide you will walk through the narrow streets which we call “kantounia” into the heart of the old Town centre of Corfu. On the way you will have a chance to see the four different types of architecture: Venetian, French, British and Greek!

The city is protected by two Venetian Fortresses, the Old and the New. Other main monuments include the Town Hall, the ,Duomo, the 16th century Orthodox Church of Saint Spyridon – the patronf the Island – the Royal Palace of Saint George and St Michael and of course the famous Liston whose access in the past was only allowed to the aristocracy of the Espiande Square. Visiting the old neighborhoods of the historical old Corfu town, will give you a glimpse to being a local.

At the end of the tour, you will be dropped off at the port or at your hotel.
